Ukrainian military intelligence has recorded a significant reduction in certain components of Russia’s exports, as well as problems with the operation of the Russian Black Sea Fleet. According to internal Russian documents, some export directions of the aggressor country have decreased by 80% this month alone.

This was announced by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy after the report of the Head of the Military Development Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, Oleg Ivashchenko.

According to Zelensky, the decline in exports means significant losses for the Russian federal budget and regional budgets, which are already in a difficult financial situation.

The Russian side also admits that the ships of the Black Sea Fleet are effectively blocked in Novorossiysk due to Ukrainian drone strikes and cannot fully operate at sea. According to Ukrainian intelligence, the Russian leadership is currently unable to find a way to change the situation.

Due to the inability of the Russian Navy to provide escort for merchant and so-called shadow vessels, the possibility of additionally arming civilian ships is being considered. Among the options being discussed by the Russian side are small arms, electronic warfare equipment, and military personnel.

Zelensky said that Ukraine is preparing appropriate means of responding to possible Russian militarization of civilian shipping. Military intelligence also confirms the effectiveness of Ukrainian long-range strikes on Russian military enterprises and oil industry facilities.

In particular, after the strikes on the Kamensky Plant in the Rostov Region, Russia lost a significant part of its capabilities for the production of solid-fuel rocket engines. According to Zelensky, the data is based on information that intelligence received from the Russian side.

Separately, the GUR received updated data on Russia’s production of ballistic missiles and plans to scale up their production. Zelensky stressed the need to completely block the supply to the Russian Federation of foreign components, equipment, and machine tools necessary for the production of missiles.

“Without foreign components, the Russians are unable to implement any of the points of their missile program,” the president noted.

Ukrainian intelligence also has evidence of the shutdown of one of Russia’s largest oil refineries in Kstov, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast. The enterprise processed 17 million tons of oil annually.

According to Zelensky, work has also been stopped at other Russian oil refineries.

By the way, Russia has been cutting oil exports by sea for the fifth week in a row . Amid drone attacks in the Black Sea, supplies have fallen to their lowest level since late April.
