Half the bail: The Court of Appeal changed the preventive measure for Kudrytskyi

The Kyiv City Court of Appeal partially changed the preventive measure for the former head of Ukrenergo, Volodymyr Kudrytskyi.

Despite the fact that prosecutors requested that the preventive measure be left unchanged, by court decision, Kudrytsky was set bail in the amount of 7 million hryvnias — half the amount set by the Pechersk District Court.
Instead, the suspect’s defense requested a personal bond with Kudrytskyi assuming the relevant duties as a preventive measure. The court rejected the lawyers’ request.
At the same time, the former director of Ukrenergo will continue to be in custody.
As a reminder, former executive director of NPC Ukrenergo Volodymyr Kudrytskyi has become a subject of an investigation conducted by the State Bureau of Investigation . Investigators are investigating his involvement in abuse of office and misappropriation of state company funds.
As is known, in October, the Pechersk Court of Kyiv imposed a preventive measure on the former head of Ukrenergo, Volodymyr Kudrytskyi.
