Heat and rain with thunderstorms: what will the weather be like on Monday

On Monday, July 14, hot and mostly dry weather is expected in Ukraine.
This was reported by weather forecaster Natalia Didenko.
In the southern, eastern and most central regions, the air temperature will reach +29…+34°C, in the north it will be somewhat cooler — +27…+30°C. In the west of the country, +25…+29°C is predicted.
Didenko noted that no precipitation is expected during the day, but in the afternoon and evening in the western regions short-term rain with thunderstorms, squalls and local hail are possible.
In Kyiv on July 14 it will be dry and sunny, the temperature will rise to +27…+29°С.
According to weather forecasters, on Thursday and Friday, July 17-18, fresh air will temporarily enter Ukraine, and the temperature will drop to +18…+25°C, and in the south and east — to +26…+30°C. However, the heat will return next weekend.
“On July 22, a sharp jump in temperature is possible in Ukraine; according to preliminary forecasts, it is expected to be over +35°C, in some places up to +40°C and higher,” Didenko added.
