Heavy rains will cover some regions of Ukraine: where the weather will worsen

Today, June 11, weather forecasters predict rain and thunderstorms in certain regions of Ukraine, however, no precipitation is expected in most regions, and the air temperature will not change significantly.

This was reported by the Ukrhydrometeorological Center.

According to weather forecasters, today there will be partly cloudy weather in Ukraine.

Short-term rains and thunderstorms are expected in the western regions and in the southeast of the country. The heaviest precipitation is forecast in Transcarpathia and Prykarpattia, where significant rains are possible in places.

No significant precipitation is expected in the rest of Ukraine.

The wind is mainly southerly, 5–10 m/s.

The air temperature at night will range from +13 to +18 degrees, during the day it will be +23…+28 degrees. It will be somewhat cooler in the west of the country.

Weather by region:

• • In the west – short-term rains and thunderstorms, in Transcarpathia and Precarpathia significant precipitation in places. In the afternoon +18…+23 degrees, in Volyn and Rivne regions – up to +28 degrees.

• • North — no precipitation, partly cloudy. Daytime temperature +24…+28 degrees.

• • The center will be mostly dry and warm. The air will warm up to +23…+28 degrees.

• • East – no precipitation in most areas, rain and thunderstorms possible in places in Dnipropetrovsk region. In the afternoon +25…+30 degrees.

• • The south is warm, with occasional short-term rains and thunderstorms in the southeast and Zaporizhia region. The air temperature is +25…+29 degrees.

In particular, partly cloudy weather without precipitation is expected in Kyiv. South wind, 5–10 m/s.

In the Kyiv region, the temperature at night will be +13…+18 degrees, during the day – +23…+28 degrees. In the capital, the forecast is +16…+18 degrees at night, and during the day the air will warm up to +26…+28 degrees.
