“Hell” for the enemy: Ukrainian missile drone hits the occupiers for the first time

For the first time during the full-scale invasion, the combat use of a new generation of high-precision Ukrainian weapons — the Peklo drone missile — has been confirmed. Hostile media outlets themselves have released video evidence of an effective attack on Russian military facilities near temporarily occupied Luhansk.

A video clip released by Russian sources shows fragments of a weapon with a small jet engine and a V-shaped tail fin. These features allowed Ukrainian experts to identify the remains as part of a Peklo drone missile.

At the same time, Russian media reported the destruction of the Aydar River crossing and the destruction of a pumping station on the shore, which, according to military analysts, indicates the high accuracy and effectiveness of the weapons used.

The development and serial production of “Hell” started in Ukraine in late 2024. According to official data, about 100 units have already been manufactured. This type of weapon is a compact rocket with drone functionality, designed for long-range strikes on enemy rear facilities.

Main characteristics of the “Hell” drone missile:

• Flight range: up to 700 km.
• Speed: up to 700 km/h.
• Launch method: from the air or from a ground platform.
• Visibility level: extremely low — the probability of detection is only 13–17 km.
• Electronic warfare function: the ability to detect sources of enemy radio-electronic radiation.

This missile is very difficult to shoot down due to its small size, stealthy flight profile, and use of low-visibility materials. Experts believe that “Hell” could become a symbol of a new phase of Ukraine’s offensive drone war, where range, accuracy, and autonomy come first.

According to analysts, the presence of a large missile fragment captured on video was a crucial element in confirming the use of the “Hell”. This allowed us to conclude not only about the first use of this weapon, but also about its effectiveness in real combat conditions.

Analysts expect the Peklo drone missile to find wider use in the near future, in particular to hit enemy logistics, transport, and command posts far in the rear. This will allow the Ukrainian Armed Forces to deepen the tactical isolation of the front without entering the zone of direct air defense of the occupiers.

Recall that the new domestic cruise missile “Hell” has entered mass production , so over the past three months the manufacturing company has produced about 100 weapons.
