On the evening of March 11, the terrorist group Hezbollah announced the start of its operation and attacked Israel with rockets.

This was reported by the Times of Israel.

Hezbollah has reportedly increased pressure on Israel. According to IDF estimates, the group has fired over a hundred rockets from various areas of Lebanon.

“This is Hezbollah’s largest attack on Israel since the escalation of hostilities earlier this month,” the publication noted.

In response, the Israeli army launched a wave of strikes on the southern suburbs of Beirut, where Hezbollah is based.

The military called on civilian residents of the region to evacuate so as not to expose themselves to danger.

Additionally, air raid sirens sounded in the coastal city of Haifa in northern Israel, warning residents of the threat of drones.

Warnings have also been issued in several cities in the Western Galilee about the possibility of drone and missile strikes from Lebanon.

As a reminder, the Hezbollah group fired rockets at northern Israel on the night of March 2. In response, the Israel Defense Forces launched strikes on the group’s targets in Lebanon and announced the start of a ground operation.

As is known, on February 28, Israel launched preemptive strikes on Iran, and also attacked Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon .
