Historic strike: Russian volunteers use surface boats for attacks for the first time

Ukrainian military intelligence, together with Russian volunteers, have opened a new page in the opposition to the Kremlin. For the first time in the history of the movement against Putin, operations have reached the surface.

According to official information from the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, fighters of the FERRATA special unit, in cooperation with the Legion “Freedom of Russia”, which operates in the ranks of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, have begun a new phase of combat activity – this time on the water.

“For the first time in the history of the Russian volunteer movement, it has become possible to involve surface unmanned boats, which is an important step in expanding the tools of resistance,” the Ministry of Defense’s GUR noted.

Intelligence emphasizes that coordination, accurate intelligence, and innovative approaches make it possible to hit enemy targets even far from the coast.

Such actions have become another confirmation of the effectiveness of cooperation between Ukrainian special forces and Russian volunteers. Intelligence officers emphasize that this is just the beginning. New stages, deeper raids and an expansion of the geography of strikes lie ahead.

“The regime will not be able to hide anywhere,” the appeal says.

The GUR emphasized that this is truly a historic moment for the anti-Putin movement.

Recall that earlier in the temporarily occupied Crimea, the special forces of the GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine “Primary” for the first time destroyed two Russian anti-submarine aircraft Be-12 “Chaika” at once . Along with them, a multi-purpose Mi-8 helicopter was also hit.

Also, fighters of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine struck the temporarily occupied Crimea, destroying two Russian Mi-8 helicopters and damaging a tugboat .
