Historical high: new euro price breaks previous record

The National Bank of Ukraine set the official exchange rate of the European currency at 49.51 hryvnia per euro on December 12.
This is stated on the NBU website.
The euro rose by 30 kopecks, thus recording a historical maximum.
As of Thursday, December 11, the European currency in Ukraine cost 49.21 hryvnia.
At the same time, the US dollar lost one kopeck in price and settled at 42.27 hryvnia.
