Historical record: euro rises in exchange offices again

The hryvnia exchange rate has fallen slightly against the dollar and has once again reached a historical minimum against the euro at exchange offices.

This is evidenced by data from monitoring the cash market.

The average dollar selling rate increased by 5 kopecks to UAH 41.90, while the euro rate rose by 25 kopecks to UAH 49.30. At exchange points, the dollar is bought at an average of UAH 41.40, and the euro at UAH 48.30.

On the interbank market, the dollar is still stable, at the level of 41.73-41.76 UAH per dollar. On Friday, the National Bank set the dollar exchange rate at 41.6409 UAH per dollar (+0.0557 UAH), and the official euro exchange rate reached a record 48.7823 UAH per euro (+0.1443 UAH).

By the way, the National Bank recorded the highest monthly inflation in 2025. In May, inflation increased to almost 16 percent.
