Russian occupation forces will use animals in assaults on the front. In particular, Ukrainian military personnel have recorded how the Russian army uses horses.

This was reported by the 92nd Special Forces Brigade named after Kosh Ataman Ivan Sirko.

The Defense Forces noted that due to a lack of equipment, the enemy is forced to look for alternative ways of moving.

“The Russian occupiers are losing equipment so quickly during their “meat assaults” that they are forced to move around on horseback. But even that doesn’t help them — the drone operators of the 5th Assault Battalion of the 92nd Infantry Brigade “minus” the enemy as soon as they see the target,” the report says.

It was previously reported that the Russian occupation forces are increasingly using donkeys and horses in the frontline zone to deliver cargo to the front lines. The Russians are likely trying to make up for the shortage of armored vehicles and transport.
