Hourly power outage schedules will be in effect in Ukraine on November 3: details

Tomorrow, November 3, hourly power outage schedules will be introduced in certain regions of Ukraine. The restrictions are related to the consequences of massive Russian missile and drone attacks on energy infrastructure.

The company noted that the power outages will last in two time periods: from 08:00 to 11:00 and from 16:00 to 22:00. They will occur in a volume of 0.5 to 2 shifts depending on the region.

Also, for the same period, capacity restrictions are provided for industrial consumers.

Ukrenergo emphasized that such steps are necessary due to significant damage to energy facilities after the latest Russian attacks.

“The time and scope of application of restrictions may change. We ask citizens to follow updates on the official pages of regional energy companies in their region,” the company noted.

In addition, energy experts urged Ukrainians to use electricity sparingly, especially during hours when the supply is restored on schedule.

It was previously reported that the entire Donetsk region was without power as a result of enemy attacks on energy infrastructure.
