Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko reported that since the beginning of 2026 alone, Russia has carried out 217 attacks on Ukrainian energy.

She wrote about this in her Telegram channel following the results of the daily energy selector.

The official emphasized that energy, utility, and railway workers are working to eliminate the consequences of massive shelling of energy infrastructure.

According to Svyrydenko, given the difficult situation, the government “continues to provide comprehensive support” to people and businesses.

In particular, electricians working in emergency crews will receive additional payments of 20,000 hryvnias per month. The first payments will be made in February.

The Cabinet of Ministers, together with state-owned companies, is also providing targeted assistance to people with disabilities and single pensioners. Residents of the capital and Kyiv region have already received “heat packages.”

At the same time, within the framework of business assistance, initiatives have appeared regarding energy support for individual entrepreneurs of groups 2-3 and energy loans for generators.

In addition, the state provides apartment buildings with UAH 100,000 to 300,000 for the purchase of generators and other energy equipment for the operation of key life support systems, Svyrydenko noted.

“It can be combined with other energy modernization programs for apartment buildings, in particular 5-7-9 loans for the installation of solar panels, batteries, and hybrid inverters for energy storage,” the prime minister summarized.

It is worth noting that on February 3 , Russia struck the most powerful blow to Ukraine’s energy infrastructure since the beginning of 2026. Electricity generation and distribution facilities came under attack.

We remind you that due to the attack of Russian troops on the energy infrastructure of Kyiv, the Darnytsia CHP temporarily stopped operating .
