How much will a passport cost in 2026: new rates
From January 1, 2026, the cost of issuing a passport for a citizen of Ukraine in the form of an ID card, international passport, and temporary and permanent residence permits has increased.
This was reported by the State Migration Service of Ukraine (SMS).
The SMS explains that the change in tariffs is due to the increase in the cost of forms for certain biometric documents produced by the State Enterprise “Ukraine Printing Plant”.
At the same time, those who are applying for a passport of a citizen of Ukraine (ID card) can receive it for free.
New tariffs for document processing:
Passport of a citizen of Ukraine (ID card) up to 20 working days – 618 UAH
