Blackout Roulette: How Ukrenergo’s Power Outage Schedule Will Hit on November 11

On Tuesday, November 11, most regions of Ukraine will face electricity consumption restrictions throughout the day.

This was reported by Ukrenergo.

Ukrenergo explained that the electricity restrictions are a consequence of Russian missile and drone strikes on Ukraine’s energy system.

Hourly outage schedules for residential consumers, ranging from 2 to 3.5 shifts, will be in effect from 00:00 to 23:59. At the same time, capacity limitation schedules for industrial consumers will also apply throughout the day.

The company noted that the timing and extent of outages may change, urging residents to follow the latest updates from regional energy companies.

“When electricity is available according to schedule, please use it sparingly!” Ukrenergo emphasized.

Let us remind you that Russia continues to purposefully attack Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, trying to make some of the country’s territories uninhabitable.

By the way, the European Commission stated that Russia is jeopardizing nuclear safety by massively attacking the Ukrainian energy system.
