Hungarian elections: Magyar names inauguration date
The winner of the parliamentary elections in Hungary, Peter Magyar, has announced the date of his inauguration as Prime Minister.
He wrote about this on the social network X.
According to him, the official swearing-in ceremony will take place on May 9. On the same day, Magyar’s team will hold a public event in central Budapest.
The politician noted that the celebration of political changes was planned on Kossuth Square next to the parliament building.
Earlier it was reported that Hungarian opposition leader Peter Magyar, whose party won the elections, opposed Ukraine’s accelerated accession to the EU , but said that he would not block a 90 billion euro loan for Kyiv.
