In the Chernihiv region, a 15-year-old boy brutally beat a 12-year-old girl while other teenagers filmed it on their phones.

This is reported by the police of the Chernihiv region.

The information about the beating was discovered by an educational security officer while working at the educational institution. After that, an investigative and operational group and juvenile prevention officers immediately went to the scene.

Law enforcement officers found out that in one of the villages of the Chernihiv district, a 15-year-old teenager beat and kicked a 12-year-old girl, while his peers simply stood nearby and filmed everything.

The police have already identified the boy and opened a criminal case under the article on intentional minor bodily harm.

Now law enforcement is also looking for everyone who was present during the beating and filmed it, in order to assess their actions.

The investigation is ongoing.
