In Dnepr, a military TCC demanded money from a football team
The State Bureau of Investigation has completed a pre-trial investigation into a serviceman from one of the district TCC and SP Dnepr, who promised to help avoid mobilization for money.
The State Bureau of Investigation reported this.
According to the investigation, the soldier demanded 2 thousand hryvnia from a friend, a coach of an amateur football team, for issuing a summons, which allegedly allowed him to avoid mobilization during checks at checkpoints. He subsequently offered a similar service to the entire football team, which was going to a match in another city.
The total amount of bribes was 35 thousand hryvnia. Law enforcement officers detained the serviceman while receiving the money.
It was established that the detainee had access to blank summonses with the signature and seal of the military commissar. He kept some of these forms for himself and used them for illegal schemes.
The soldier is charged with extortion and receiving an illegal benefit by an official (Part 3 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). He faces up to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property.
Let us recall that during the conflict in Kharkov, one of the TCC servicemen hit a man in civilian clothes in the stomach .
