In Donetsk, due to a catastrophic shortage, “water marauders” have appeared
In occupied Donetsk, an acute shortage of technical and drinking water has given rise to a new type of crime.
Journalist Denis Kazansky reported this.
According to him, owners of cars with tanks or cisterns come to barrels for public use and pump out water for themselves, effectively stealing it. Kazansky compared the situation to an apocalyptic disaster film.
At the same time, he noted that the leader of the “DPR” group, Denis Pushilin, and his entourage control at least six factories producing bottled water, effectively making money off the city’s residents.
