The Foreign Ministry stated that in June 2025, the Russian Federation launched 330 missiles, more than 5,000 drones, and the same number of cruise bombs at Ukraine.

He noted that Russia’s large-scale terror demonstrates a blatant rejection of US-led peace efforts and their call for an end to the killings as a first step towards a settlement.
The minister emphasized that the only way to force the Russian Federation to end the war is to put pressure on Moscow and support Ukraine.
“Such a large number of drones, bombs and missiles, especially ballistic ones, proves the urgency of further strengthening Ukraine’s air defense. We need more interceptors and systems. We are also ready to purchase or lease them,” Sybiga emphasized.
He also emphasized that Russian strikes are aimed at civilians, including children, schools, hospitals, and residential areas.
“According to UN data, over the past six months, the number of civilian casualties in Ukraine has increased by 37%,” added Sybiga.
Earlier, the head of the Victory Drones project, Maria Berlinska, said that in 2026, thousands of Russian killer drones could fly over peaceful Ukrainian cities .
