In Kyiv, a BMW crashed into a restaurant’s summer terrace after a collision: one person was injured

An accident involving two BMWs occurred in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv on August 17. As a result of the collision, one of the cars drove onto the summer terrace of the establishment and overturned, injuring the 36-year-old driver.

This is reported by the Kyiv Police.

The car accident occurred at around 11:30 a.m. on Velyka Vasylkivska Street. According to preliminary data, two BMW cars collided.

As a result of the impact, one of the cars drove onto the summer terrace of the establishment and overturned.

The 36-year-old driver was hospitalized. His condition is currently assessed as satisfactory.

The investigative and operational group of the capital’s traffic accident investigation headquarters and patrol police officers are working at the scene. They are establishing the circumstances and mechanism of the accident.

Recall that in Kyiv during curfew, patrol officers detained a driver who ignored the request to stop, hit a serviceman at a checkpoint, and, while fleeing from law enforcement officers, damaged several official vehicles.

It was previously reported that on June 5, at around 5:00 p.m. on Chokolivskyi Boulevard in Kyiv, a speeding Mercedes-Benz driver drove off the roadway and crashed into an underpass where people were. Four pedestrians died in the accident – two police officers, a woman, and a 12-year-old boy.
