In Kyiv, a Russian attack destroyed a warehouse with humanitarian aid from the Olena Zelenska Foundation
In Kyiv on the morning of September 16, a Russian attack completely burned down the warehouse of the Olena Zelenska Foundation. It stored humanitarian aid for children, families, schools, and hospitals in various regions of Ukraine.
This was reported by the Olena Zelenska Foundation.
The warehouse stored generators, household appliances, laptops, tablets, e-books, medical equipment, and other assistance that the Foundation purchased or received from partners.
All of this was to be delivered to children, families, educational institutions, and hospitals in various regions of Ukraine.
Due to the destruction of the warehouse, some of the aid may now be delivered later than planned.
The Foundation noted that they are already changing logistics and looking for opportunities to deliver necessary items to people and institutions waiting for them as quickly as possible.
No one was injured in the attack at the warehouse. Rescuers were on the scene.
