In Kyiv, a soldier in the North-Eastern Front detonated a grenade during a feast

In Kyiv, police officers have detained a man who detonated a grenade in an apartment. The incident left one person dead and two others injured.

This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv police.

The tragedy occurred at around 2:00 a.m. in the Obolon district of the capital.

It is noted that a 29-year-old serviceman stationed in the North-West Frontier Province came to visit his friend, where he and his company drank alcoholic beverages.

During the conflict, a man detonated an F-1 grenade in the kitchen, as a result of which the 45-year-old owner of the house died at the scene, and another guest, a 36-year-old local resident, was hospitalized with injuries to his body.

During the search, patrol police officers and investigators detained the offender. He received shrapnel wounds to his leg and is currently under the supervision of doctors and law enforcement officers.

Criminal proceedings have been initiated under Part 5, Part 2, Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – intentional murder committed in a manner dangerous to the lives of many persons.

As reported, at noon on February 9 , a grenade detonated in a car in the city of Shakhtarske, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
