In Kyiv, a veteran was beaten during a conflict with representatives of the CCC

In the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv, police are investigating the beating of a veteran who, according to preliminary data, received injuries during a conflict with representatives of the alert group.

According to law enforcement officials, servicemen of the CCK and SP, as well as representatives of the volunteer formation of the territorial community, participated in the conflict.

“The man was injured during a conflict with representatives of the alert group,” the police said.

Following the incident, investigators from the Shevchenko Police Department opened criminal proceedings under Article 125 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – intentional minor bodily harm.

The victim has already been referred for a forensic medical examination, which will determine the severity of the injuries.

A pre-trial investigation is currently underway, and law enforcement officers are establishing all the circumstances of the conflict.
