In Kyiv, an unknown person opened fire in a bar: a girl was injured

In Kyiv, police are investigating a shooting that occurred in a bar in Novopecherske Lypky after a conflict between patrons.

The incident happened about a week ago. According to preliminary information, the dispute arose after one of the men began to touch a girl who was vacationing with her young husband. A verbal altercation broke out between the visitors, during which the aggressive man pulled out a gun and opened fire.

Witnesses said the girl tried to intervene to calm the attacker, but she was the one who suffered the most injuries. The victim was taken to the hospital, where doctors provided her with the necessary assistance.

Eyewitnesses to the incident called the police, but there are no official comments from law enforcement officers yet. All the circumstances of the incident, the motives for the shooting, and whether the attacker had a permit to carry a weapon are currently being investigated. According to media reports, the attacker could have left the scene before the police arrived.

By the way, in Vinnytsia, police officers detained a man who opened fire near a shopping center . A conflict arose between two local residents, as a result of which one of them wounded the other with a shot from a pistol, previously an air gun.
