In Kyiv, police officers beat a man near the CCC building: all the details of the incident

The State Bureau of Investigation reported suspicions to two law enforcement officers in Kyiv who beat a man near the Holosiivskyi District Territorial Procurement Center building on October 17. The victim suffered multiple head and body injuries.

This was reported by the press service of the State Bureau of Investigation.

According to the investigation, the conflict occurred after the detainee sprayed pepper spray inside the cabin of a police car. In response, law enforcement officers struck him numerous times in the head and body.

Two defendants were charged with abuse of power or official authority by a law enforcement officer. The sanction of the article provides for a penalty of imprisonment for a term of up to eight years.

The victim was sent for a forensic medical examination to determine the extent of the injuries he sustained.

We will remind that in Kovel, Volyn region, on September 19 , a clash occurred between servicemen of the CCC and employees of a local enterprise . The conflict began after a man of draft age refused to present his military registration documents and tried to escape to the territory of the Gazmerezhi enterprise.

Earlier, in Cherkasy, during citizen notification activities, law enforcement officers and representatives of the territorial recruitment center encountered an aggressive man who was wanted. The incident ended with an attack on servicemen, the use of tear gas, and the hospitalization of the injured.
