In the Lviv region, on May 1, the Kyiv-Uzhhorod train derailed after colliding with a truck crane.
This was reported by journalist Vitaliy Glagola.
The accident occurred near the village of Lyubyntsi near Stryi while crossing a railway crossing.
The collision killed the train driver and the crane driver. The driver’s assistant was seriously injured and survived.
According to preliminary data, there are no injuries among the passengers.
Medics and law enforcement officers are working at the scene, investigating the causes of the accident.
