In Lviv, two BMWs hit a 36-year-old man and his 8-year-old daughter at a pedestrian crossing. The victims are in intensive care with serious injuries, and criminal proceedings have been initiated into the accident.

The accident occurred around 8:00 p.m. at the intersection of Kulchytska and Vyhovskogo streets.

According to preliminary data, a 22-year-old resident of Yavoriv district in a BMW hit an 8-year-old girl. At the same time, another BMW, driven by a 21-year-old Lviv resident, hit her 36-year-old father.

According to preliminary information, a man and a child were crossing the road at a traffic light. The check showed that both drivers were sober.

To determine the speed of the vehicles, appropriate auto-technical examinations will be assigned. Under the procedural guidance of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, information was entered into the ERDR on the fact of a violation of road safety rules, which caused serious bodily injuries to the victims.

We would like to remind you that on August 17, an accident involving 2 BMW cars occurred in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv . As a result of the collision, one of the cars entered the territory of the summer terrace of the institution and overturned, injuring the 36-year-old driver.

It was previously reported that on June 5, at around 5:00 p.m. on Chokolivskyi Boulevard in Kyiv, a speeding Mercedes-Benz driver drove off the roadway and crashed into an underpass where people were. Four pedestrians died in the accident – two police officers, a woman, and a 12-year-old boy.
