Due to power supply issues, the water supply in Odesa is unstable. Water has already been restored in some areas, but some homes still experience intermittent service.

The city council reported this.

According to authorities, the situation has been stabilized in the Kievsky district and most of the Khadzhibeysky district.

Meanwhile, in the Primorsky District and part of the Khadzhibeysky District—specifically, Moldavanka and Blizhnie Melnitsy—power outages and voltage fluctuations are causing short-term water outages on lower floors and longer-term ones on upper floors. Low water pressure has also been recorded.

In the Peresyp district, there may be a drop in water pressure and no water on the upper floors of residential buildings.

As a reminder, heat has been restored in Kyiv’s Troyeshchyna district after it was cut off following Russian shelling, but it will take time for homes to fully warm up.

Earlier, Vitali Klitschko explained why cogeneration units cannot become a full-fledged alternative to the capital’s centralized heat and electricity supply.
