In Poltava region, a couple is suspected of corrupting their own daughter: details

In Poltava, juvenile police, together with cyber police, exposed a family that had been filming pornography with the participation of their six-year-old daughter for several years and committing lewd acts against her.

This was reported by the Poltava Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

The child’s parents, taking advantage of her trust, filmed videos and took photos with her participation. During the search, law enforcement officers seized a computer with pornographic materials. According to the investigation, the parents began filming the child from the age of two.

The couple was charged with the production of child pornography by a group of individuals in a prior conspiracy, coercing a minor to participate in its creation, and committing lewd acts against a minor by family members (Part 4 of Article 301, Part 2 of Article 156 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The girl’s parents are also charged with intentional possession of child pornography without the purpose of sale or distribution (Part 1 of Article 301-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Currently, the child welfare service has removed the girl from her family, she is being examined in the hospital. The suspects were taken into custody without the possibility of bail. The detainees themselves do not admit their guilt, explaining that they collected the video and photos for the family archive.

Previously, “Pryamiy” reported that in Kyiv, law enforcement officers exposed a woman and her roommate, who are suspected of storing and distributing pornographic materials, including those involving children.

Also in Dnipro, police reported suspicions of a 60-year-old man who sought out children and took them to deserted places, where he forced them to imitate sexual acts in various ways, recording everything in photos. Over the course of several years, 17 children became victims of the perpetrator.
