On the night of October 21, a track explosion occurred on one of the sections of the Pskov – St. Petersburg railway line in Russia.

This was reported by “Suspilne” with reference to intelligence sources.

This railway section was used for logistics by the Russian occupation army.

As a result of the explosion, logistics and road traffic were paralyzed. According to the interlocutor, this will negatively affect the supply of the Russian Armed Forces.

There was also a partial fire in the rolling stock of the freight train.

“Responding to the extraordinary event, special services of the aggressor state immediately went to the scene. According to the established tradition, mobile Internet did not work in the area of the incident,” the source noted.

Other details of the operation are currently unknown.

Earlier, Ukrainian partisans disrupted the logistics of Russian troops by destroying relay cabinets and railway control equipment in the temporarily occupied part of the Luhansk region.

As a reminder, on the morning of October 7, unknown partisans blew up a track on the Stroganovo-Mshinsk railway section in the Leningrad Region.
