According to him, on June 22 and 23, fuel in Sevastopol will be released only to special services . In addition, the public transport schedule has been changed, and ferry services have been temporarily suspended.

Large shopping centers, supermarkets, and hypermarkets will be open from 07:00 to 20:00 , and public catering establishments from 08:00 to 20:00 . Street lighting will also not be turned on in the city.

“To eliminate the overload of electrical networks outside Sevastopol, on the command of the dispatcher of the branch of JSC SO UES, Chornomorskoye RDU in Sevastopol, a schedule of temporary shutdowns of electricity consumption has been introduced,” said Mykhailo Razvozhaev.
