The number of casualties in Sumy as a result of a nighttime attack by Russian drones has increased. 15 city residents were injured.

This was reported by the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Oleg Grigorov.

“15 residents of Sumy were injured as a result of a night attack by enemy UAVs. Among the wounded are three children: girls aged 13, 15, and 17. They are hospitalized, and doctors are providing the necessary assistance,” said Grigorov.

According to him, most of the victims are elderly. All are receiving medical care, and the patients’ condition is being assessed.

Work continues in the city to eliminate the consequences of the night strike by Russian drones.

Recall, on the night of Tuesday, April 21, Russian occupation forces massively attacked Sumy with drones . Residential areas and infrastructure facilities were hit. A medical facility, in particular, was hit. A series of explosions were heard in the city, there are injuries.
