In the Dnipropetrovsk region, a man was bleeding after passing the VLK: the CCC explained what happened

A video of a man in civilian clothes bleeding has gone viral on social media. The CCC has confirmed that he committed self-harm.

This was reported by the press service of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Procurement Center.

The department said that at midnight on November 7, the man was taken to the hospital to undergo a military medical examination.

However, later, after receiving the VLK’s conclusion, he went to the restroom, where he injured himself.

The man was given first aid and an ambulance was called to the scene. The victim was later taken to hospital.

“We urge authors of posts on social networks to refrain from premature unfounded conclusions and assumptions,” the message says.

Earlier in Kyiv, a young man who had been previously detained by employees of the territorial recruitment center died after mobilization .
