In the Kyiv City CCC, he was mobilized and cut his hands and neck at the assembly point.

“At around 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 17, the conscript began to behave inappropriately, shout, and threaten other conscripts and the administration of the assembly point for unknown reasons. He did not respond to any remarks,” the CCK reported.

After the police arrived, the citizen ran to the bathroom, broke a cup there, and began to injure himself.

A medic who arrived at the scene provided assistance to the injured man.

“At this time, the mobilized person himself continued to scream and threatened to further injure himself and other people who were at the assembly point. An ambulance took him to the Kyiv City Clinical Hospital,” CCK employees note.

The conscript was hospitalized to provide medical assistance and check his condition.

The CCC reports that at this time there is no threat to the life and health of the citizen.
