This was reported by the head of the Odessa Regional Police Department, Oleg Kiper, and the State Customs Service of Ukraine.

“Damage to civilian buildings was recorded. The facades, roofs, and glazing of administrative buildings were damaged. Eleven trucks were damaged in the parking lot,” says Kiper.

There are preliminary reports of two casualties. They are receiving necessary medical attention.

Also on the night of November 22, the Orlovka international border crossing point with Romania came under enemy fire. The ferry terminal infrastructure there was damaged.

“The Orlovka international border crossing point is temporarily closed. All necessary measures are currently being taken to mitigate the consequences. We ask that you use other nearby border crossing points to cross the border,” the State Customs Service emphasized.
