In the Odessa region, the leadership of the “renewed MSEK” was exposed, which was selling fictitious certificates

The Security Service of Ukraine eliminated a mobilization evasion scheme in the Odessa region, detaining the leadership of the “renewed MSEK”.

This was reported by the press service of the SBU.

In particular, investigators exposed the head and two members of the local expert team for assessing the daily functioning of a person (formerly MSEK) who were selling fictitious medical certificates.

They issued baseless reports to evaders, indicating the presence of serious illnesses, followed by the establishment of a disability group.

The cost of the services was $3,000.

“To “stamp” the fake medical documents, the organizer of the transaction involved members of an expert team – a presiding cardiologist and a medical registrar,” the SBU explained.

The department emphasized that it was documented how the suspects received orders from at least 50 people.

Security Service officers detained all three participants in the scheme while they were passing a false medical report. During the search of the detainees, draft records, personal files of the conscripts, and smartphones with evidence of illegal activities were found.

The defendants were informed of suspicions of accepting an offer, promise, or receiving an illegal benefit from an official, as well as obstructing the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They are currently in custody and face up to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property.

Earlier, in the Ternopil region , police investigators exposed a corruption scheme organized by the head of the military medical commission of one of the district CCCs.

As a reminder, the Security Service of Ukraine and the National Police exposed the head of one of the divisions of the district CCC of Ivano-Frankivsk region, who is also a deputy of the Nadvirna City Council, for bribery .
