In Ukraine, gasoline prices broke another record: how much does fuel cost?

On Monday, April 6, Ukrainian gas station chains raised prices for gasoline, diesel, and autogas. The cost of premium gasoline reached 87 hryvnias per liter, and diesel fuel — 95 hryvnias.
This is reported by RBC-Ukraine .
According to the publication, the price increase occurred simultaneously in several large gas station chains, where the cost of fuel increased in some places to 4 hryvnias per liter.
In particular, OKKO and WOG chains revised prices upwards over the weekend. The cost of A-95 Euro gasoline at OKKO rose to 76.90 hryvnias, which is 1.90 hryvnias more, and diesel fuel — to 92.00 hryvnias, which is 2.10 hryvnias more.
A similar trend is observed on the WOG, where the price of A-95 Euro gasoline increased to 77.00 hryvnias, and diesel fuel to 91.90 hryvnias.
Maximum prices for premium fuel are fixed at:
- gasoline brand 100 — up to 87.00 hryvnias per liter;
- diesel fuel of improved brands – up to 95.00 hryvnias;
- automobile gas — up to 49.99 hryvnias.
In the SOCAR network, prices remain lower compared to competitors. In particular, A-95 gasoline is sold at 74.99 hryvnias, and premium gasoline is sold at 78.99 hryvnias per liter.
At the same time, the state-owned Ukrnafta recorded the most significant price increase. A-95 gasoline costs 69.90 hryvnias here, while diesel fuel has risen to 87.90 hryvnias, and premium fuel to 91.90 hryvnias.
The price of automobile gas on this network has also increased and is 48.90 hryvnias per liter.
It is noted that the price increase covered all major types of fuel, and the new price tags went into effect on the morning of April 6.
