The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has adopted a resolution that allows regional and Kyiv city territorial recruitment centers (TCK) to print military summonses. Previously, this function belonged only to the Ministry of Defense and state-owned enterprises of strategic importance, now the process of automated formation and sending of summonses will be significantly accelerated.
This is reported by the “Judicial and Legal Newspaper” .
According to Resolution No. 1062, regional CCCs and the Kyiv City CCC are granted the right to print summonses generated through the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Military Conscripts, and Reservists, as well as to send them by mail.
In addition, the government allowed the use of a system of electronic interaction between state electronic information resources and information resources of state enterprises to organize the printing of summonses.
This means that the process will become automated: summonses are generated electronically, and the head of the district or city CCC or its department places a qualified electronic signature on the document on the day it is generated.
According to representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers, such changes will speed up the work and increase the efficiency of notifying those liable for military service, while simultaneously reducing the risk of delays in sending summonses.
It was previously reported that from September 1, all employees of the CCC and the SP are required to wear body cameras and conduct video recording during document checks or service of summonses.
We remind you that from August 1, territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCK and SP) received the right to send military summonses by registered mail via Ukrposhta.
