In Ukraine, severe frosts down to -22°C are expected on the night of February 9-10.
A significant drop in air temperatures is forecast in Ukraine on the night of February 9, with temperatures in most regions expected to drop to -18°C.
This was reported by meteorologist Natalia Didenko.
In the south and southwest of the country, slightly higher temperatures are expected, reaching -12°C overnight. Forecasters do not predict significant precipitation due to the influence of an anticyclone.
According to Didenko, frosts will intensify to -20 to -22°C on the night of February 9-10. After February 10, she predicts a gradual increase in temperatures.
“That means, dear people, two nights, February 9th and 10th, only two nights of this nasty frost, and only then will a warmer wave begin to eat it away,” the weather forecaster wrote.
