In Ukraine, some families with children may receive financial assistance from the state: details

The program “Caring for the Future — 2025” has been launched in the front-line Krasnorychensk community of Luhansk region, which provides for one-time financial assistance to families with children. Each minor child can receive 10,000 hryvnias to support development and create proper living conditions.

According to the local military administration, these funds are allocated from the local budget and are intended to help parents provide their children with a safe and comfortable childhood, “News.LIVE” reports .

How to apply:

Applications are accepted until December 10, 2025, and must be submitted for each child separately. To participate in the program, you must prepare:

• statement and consent to the processing of personal data;
• a copy of the passport and TIN of one of the parents or guardians;
• a copy of the child’s birth certificate or ID card;
• a copy of the child’s identification code;
• a document confirming the place of residence (IDP certificate);
• extract from the community register (through Diya or ASNAP);
• bank account details for transferring funds (IBAN);
• for guardians – a copy of the court decision or guardianship authority confirming the status.

After receiving assistance, parents must report on the use of the money to confirm that it was used to meet the child’s needs.
