Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodriguez announced Caracas’ readiness to work together with the US government and proposed developing a “cooperation program.”

Rodriguez said the initiative should be aimed at shared development within the framework of international law and at strengthening peaceful coexistence between countries. She stressed that Venezuela seeks a transition to “balanced and mutually respectful international relations” with the United States and countries in the region.
“President Donald Trump: our people and our region deserve peace and dialogue, not war. This has always been the message of President Nicolas Maduro, and today it is the message of all of Venezuela,” the vice president said.
Earlier, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga reacted to the United States’ strike on Venezuela and the detention of dictator Nicolas Maduro.
Earlier, US Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Landau said that Nicolas Maduro would face justice “for his crimes.” Earlier, US President Donald Trump said that Nicolas Maduro and his wife had been captured and taken out of Venezuela.
