In Volyn, CCK soldiers used tear gas against workers: details of the conflict

In Kovel, Volyn region, a clash occurred between servicemen of the CCK and employees of a local enterprise on September 19. The conflict began after a man of draft age refused to present his military registration documents and tried to escape to the territory of the Gazmerezhi enterprise.
According to the Volyn CCC and SP, the alert group followed him to identify him.
“Three employees of the enterprise approached the military personnel who were going after the man. They began to resist, threaten and try to cause bodily harm. Later, about 15 more employees of the enterprise approached the scene, who dragged the military personnel and damaged the company car. In self-defense, the military personnel used tear gas,” the report says.
It is known that the conscript who started the fight has disappeared. According to the local publication ” Kovel Media “, the participants in the incident were employees of the Volyn branch of “Gazmerezh”. Five people who were injured were hospitalized.
As Volyn police spokeswoman Olga Buzuluk clarified to ZAXID.NET , an investigative and operational group was working at the scene. All materials will be transferred to the State Bureau of Investigation for further legal assessment.

Meanwhile, in Cherkasy, while alerting citizens, law enforcement officers and representatives of the CCC came across an aggressive man who was wanted. The fight escalated into an attack on the military, after which tear gas had to be used , and several victims were hospitalized.
