In the city of Yagotyn, Kyiv region, a man opened fire from a window of a high-rise building and damaged a neighbor’s car. The incident occurred on the afternoon of May 28.
This was reported to the Kyiv region police.
According to law enforcement, at around 3:16 p.m., a woman contacted police, stating that her neighbor had fired a gun in the direction of her car.
“A man fired a gun from a window of a high-rise apartment and damaged the applicant’s car,” the police said.
Law enforcement officers from the Yagotyn Police Department immediately arrived at the scene. After conducting investigative actions, the man was detained.
Police said no one was injured during the shooting.
A criminal case has been opened under the article “Hooliganism with the use of weapons” after the incident. A pre-trial investigation is currently underway, and law enforcement officers are establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
