“Informal payments” and sanctions trading: what corruption schemes “flourished” during Bakanov’s time

Boryslav Bereza, a member of the Ukrainian parliament of the 8th convocation, and businessman Serhiy Vaganyan spoke about a large-scale corruption network in the Security Service of Ukraine during the leadership of Ivan Bakanov.
