International partners transferred energy equipment worth 1 million euros to Ukraine: where did it go?

Mykolaiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions received energy equipment worth over €1 million to restore damaged infrastructure. Assistance was provided by international partners through the Energy Support Fund of Ukraine.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine.
The largest portion of the aid went to Mykolaiv Oblast. Thanks to the support of the German development bank KfW, acting on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, the region received energy equipment worth almost 800,000 euros.
Dnipropetrovsk region received equipment worth over 166 thousand euros. Its purchase was financed by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).
In turn, the Kharkiv region, thanks to a contribution from the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, received energy equipment worth almost 20 thousand euros.
The Ministry of Energy emphasized that each such delivery contributes to the restoration and strengthening of the Ukrainian energy system, increases its resilience to Russian attacks, and helps ensure reliable electricity supply for the population and enterprises.
“We thank Denmark, Germany, Sweden and all partners who continue to support the Ukrainian energy sector in the most difficult time,” the department noted.
