Investigation into Flamingo missile not underway – NABU

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau responded to information disseminated in the media about the investigation into the activities of the Fire Point company, which produces Flamingo missiles and strike drones.
This was reported by the press service of the department.
The published post states that NABU and SAPO are not conducting an investigation into “the Flamingo missile mentioned in the media.”
“ In response to numerous media inquiries, we would like to inform you that NABU and SAPO are not conducting an investigation into the Flamingo missile mentioned in the media,” the anti-corruption body noted.
At the same time, the press service did not provide other details, in particular, whether an investigation into the company’s activities and a check on ties with the co-founder of the “Kvartal 95” studio, Timur Mindich, is underway.
Recall, earlier the media reported that NABU had launched an investigation into Fire Point’s activities , in particular, detectives suspect the company of overstating the cost and number of drones delivered to the front, and the anti-corruption bureau is also investigating a possible connection with Mindich.
