The enterprise JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” reported on Thursday, June 25, that law enforcement agencies are conducting investigative actions at the site of the Khmelnytskyi NPP.
This was reported by the press service of JSC NNEGC Energoatom.
It is known that the investigative actions relate to individual procurement procedures that the company conducted in previous years.
Representatives of the company reported that they are cooperating with law enforcement agencies and providing all necessary documentation and information in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation. The press service of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom” noted that the company is interested in a comprehensive, objective and impartial establishment of all circumstances of the case.
The company claims that the current management fully adheres to the principles of transparency and accountability in managing the company.
The company also announced its full cooperation with law enforcement agencies and support for the legal assessment of all possible violations, regardless of when they were committed.
In particular, conducting investigative actions does not affect production processes, the functioning of the company, and the safety of the facility’s operation.
Khmelnytskyi NPP is operating normally, and electricity production is carried out in full.
