Invitations will be sent to “Actions”: how to join the “Health Screening 40+” program

Starting January 31, 2026, the digital application “Diya” will begin to receive notifications about health screenings as part of the government initiative.

This was announced by Prime Minister Yulia Svirydenko.

She explained that the first to receive invitations for a health check-up will be people born in the first few days of the year. According to Svyridenko, about a million such people have already received information about the program.

In general, in 2026, 30 days after birth, “Diya” will receive a notification, after confirming it, Ukrainians will receive 2 thousand hryvnias within a few days, which they can use for a health check.

“If you do not use the Action, 30 days after your birthday, you can open a special card at the bank and contact the ASC – they will help you register for participation and specify an account for transferring funds,” the Prime Minister noted.

Currently, more than 640 medical institutions that have the necessary equipment and level of service provision, as well as meet the requirements for specialists, have joined the “Health Screening 40+” initiative. However, the list of hospitals will continue to expand.

As part of the program, Ukrainians will be able to undergo a basic medical examination free of charge and detect cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and mental health disorders at an early stage. It is emphasized that there is no need to visit a family doctor or receive a referral separately.

Recall that on January 1, the national program “Health Screening 40+” was launched in Ukraine , which will allow people over the age of 40 to timely identify the risks of chronic diseases.
