On June 16, the Israeli military targeted the building of an Iranian news network in a precision strike that occurred during a live broadcast.

This information was reported by the Israeli military and the Jerusalem Post.
It was noted that under the guise of a civilian building, the Iranian Armed Forces had been using the network for military purposes.

“The building was being used by the Iranian Armed Forces under the guise of civilian activity, concealing the military use of the center’s infrastructure and assets,” the Israel Defense Forces said in a statement.

At the same time, it was emphasized that to reduce harm “civilians were warned, particularly through telephone calls”.

As is known, evacuation of civilians from homes near the site of the strike has already begun in Iran.

It should be recalled that on the night of Friday, June 13, the Israeli army launched a large-scale operation against Iran and carried out massive strikes on nuclear and military facilities.

An Israeli airstrike on Iran’s capital, Tehran, killed more than 70 people, including at least 20 high-ranking military officers.

By the way, on the evening of June 13, Israeli forces likely carried out a second strike on Iran for the second time in a day, in particular, explosions were heard in Tehran and near the Fordow facility.

Earlier, Israel reported that as a result of the IDF strikes, it had eliminated 9 high-ranking scientists and experts who were involved in developing Iran’s nuclear program.

As earlier reported as a result of a powerful nighttime missile attack by Iran, central Israel suffered significant destruction and casualties. As of the morning of June 16, the death toll had risen to five people, with more than 90 people injured.
