Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov threatened Ukraine with consequences after President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s statement that officials in Moscow should know where bomb shelters are located.

This is reported by Russian media.

Dmitry Peskov, in an interview with propagandist Pavel Zarubin, stated that Russia will react in the event of a Ukrainian strike on the Kremlin. According to him, Russian President Vladimir Putin has already allegedly spoken out on this topic, and “everyone understands” what the reaction might be.

His comment was a response to Volodymyr Zelensky’s statement on September 24. Then the Ukrainian president emphasized that if Russia does not stop the war, Kremlin officials should take care of their own security and know where the bomb shelters are located.

“They need to know where the bomb shelters are located. They need it. If they don’t stop the war, they will need it anyway,” Zelensky said.

The head of state also stressed that Ukraine will respond to all Russian strikes, but will not attack civilians, as Ukrainians are “not terrorists.” At the same time, he hinted that centers of Russian power, including the Kremlin, could come under attack.

In addition, Zelensky said that he had discussed with US President Donald Trump the issue of supplying a new weapons system. He noted that such weapons could force illegitimate Russian President Vladimir Putin to the negotiating table. According to Zelensky, Trump replied that “the US will work on this.”

Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky gave a large-scale press conference, during which he made key statements on the country’s security, military needs, foreign aid, and energy threats. Zelensky warned that in the event of attempts to threaten the capital’s energy system, Ukraine will be able to respond with such means of influence.

By the way, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the American leader supports strikes on Russian targets – energy and oil facilities .
